Our founders, Matt Swaim & Nate Reff, are lifelong learners, detail attentive leaders, and fathers that actively work for a better Oregon and a clean future for their children. Their mutual respect started while employed at Hoffman Construction and continued to grow as they joined forces and talents to lead design, construction, and development for NIKE’s World Headquarters expansion and delivery of amazing workplace environments across North and South America.

Matt and Nate formed Ripple NW to create a net positive community impact through sustainable development, with the hope to shift thinking and inspire others to compete at a level that is thoughtful and methodical. There's a better way to build and a different way to accomplish what's typically done in the industry. We don't want to be left alone. We’re in this together and collectively, we can build to effect.
